基于M-CM的建筑施工企业现场安全管理成熟度评价

摘    要:为了有效提高建筑施工企业现场安全管理的效率,使企业能够明确自身现场安全管理的状况,保证安全管理的有序进行,借鉴项目管理成熟度模型(K-PMMM)和软件成熟度模型(CMM),构建建筑施工企业现场安全管理成熟度评价指标体系。考虑指标之间的关联性和评价过程的模糊性、随机性,同时使调查问卷统计数据的信息量得到充分表达,分别运用测量模型确定评价指标的权重和云模型进行成熟度评价,构建基于测量-云模型(M-CM)的建筑施工企业现场安全管理成熟度评价模型,并利用MATLAB进行仿真分析。将模型应用到实际建筑工程项目中,结果表明,该工程项目的成熟度等级为可管理级,评价结果与现场实际情况相吻合。

Abstract:The present article is aimed at improving the efficiency of the on-site safety management of the construction enterprises,so as to make such enterprises sober-minded in facing their own safety management pressure and responsibilities on site and ensure the safety management in every possible way.First of all,the article consults the Project Management Maturity Model (KPMMM) and the Capability Maturity Model (CMM),in combination with the study of the safety management characteristics in practice.And,for the said purpose,we have divided the enterprise maturity into five grades from immature to mature,that is,the Initial,the Repeatable,the Determination,the Management and the Optimization.And,then,we have built up a comprehensive evaluation index system of safety management maturity of the on-site construction enterprises with the evaluation index system made of 12 potential indicators and 58 measurement indicators,and chosen the selected indicators in accordance with the different stages of the construction.And,secondly,seeing the complicated correlation of the indexes and the fuzzy,random nature of the evaluation indexes and process,weighing rules and the information items and amounts are laid out and fully expressed by taking reference to the Measuring Model (MM) to determine the evaluation index weights and the Cloud Model (CM) for maturity evaluation.The said model has been trying to resort to the measuring model equation,the path analysis,as well as the weighted calculation formula to determine the weights of indexes with the help of the Software SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 21.0.To be exact,the Cloud Model has adopted the comment cloud construction,the evaluation matrix,in addition to the evaluation cloud to evaluate the degree of maturity with the help of the computer cloud generator.And,finally,simulation analysis can be done by using the evaluation model for the safety management maturity of the construction enterprises based on the Measurement-Cloud Model (M-CM)and the software MATLAB.The method is advantageous in its capability to express broader sphere of information and obtain greater amounts of accurate evaluation results,so as to reflect the inherent uncertainty of the evaluation process and display clear-cut distributions of evaluation results.When the model is trial-applied to the construction project,the results show that the maturity level of the project tends to be manageable.In addition,the evaluation results prove to be consistent with the actual situation.
