| Abstract: | The connotation,features and attribute of the safety consciousness are described. Its evolution and development,and its function are discussed. The consciousness which the working staffsshould have is put forward. The essential way of raising the consciousness is indicated. Finally,theauthor suggests that raising the level of safety consciousness of all people is the utmost goal forthe construction of the safety culture. |
