| 摘 要： | 简介了透明颤菌血红蛋白(VHB)的结构,特性和作用机理,并对近年来国外对VHB在假单胞菌属表达及在环境治理中的研究进行了评述,最终展望了VHB在生物修复中的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The structure,characteristics and mechanism of Vitreoscilla Hemoglobin(VHB) were generally introduced and analyzed.Expression of VHB in Pseudonomas in recent years was reviewed and some studies of its application to environment treatment were also discussed.Its development on the bioremediation was finally prospected. |
