| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes restrictions of Chinese human resources conditions upon labor productivity and the ability of scientific and technical innovation. It also analyzes the passive position of Chinese human resources conditions in the international talent competition. The thesis argues that important ways are to heighten the comprehensive national power, realize sustainable development, developing education and science and renew systems and ideas. |
