| Abstract: | The paper analysis the characteristics, spatial and temporal variety regularity of river flow in Shandong Province. It also describes the main factors to be considered, and countermeasures to be adopted in river flow sustainable utilization. The main purpose of the paper is to promote the rational development and scientific utilization of water resources, and resolve the water shortage problem ultimately in Shandong Province. |
