磺酰脲类除草剂在硅胶G表面的光解

摘    要:应用高效薄层析方法研究了苄嘧磺隆,甲磺隆,氯磺隆,氯嘧磺隆4种磺酰脲类除草剂在氙灯与太阳光下的光解动力学,以及8种有机色素对苄嘧磺隆光降解的影响。结果表明4种除草剂在硅胶G表面的降解呈一级动力学反应;有机色素对除草剂的降解均表现显著的猝灭效应。其中以姜黄素的猝灭作用最强,色素剂量与光解中的猝灭效应存在着显著的相关性。色素剂量加大,猝灭效应加强。

Abstract:The photodegradation kinetics of four sulfonylurea herbicides (bensulfuron methyl, metsulfuron|methyl, chlorimuron and chlorsulfuron) were studied by high performance thin layer chromatography under Xe lamp and sunlight. The primary degradation of each herbicide followed a pseudo|first|order kinetics. Organic pigments showed remarkable photo|quenching effects on the photolysis of bensulfuron methyl. The photo|quenching effect of curcumin was the strongest in 8 organic pigments. The photo|quenching effects were significantly and positively related to the dosage of organic pigment.
