| 摘 要： | 出铁场除尘系统在投产初期烟气捕集效果明显,随着运行时间的延长,系统阻力增加,风量衰减,最终导致烟气捕集效果下降,在高炉厂房外烟气外溢现象时有发生.从除尘系统的设计入手,对运行中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了解决问题的建议.

| Abstract: | The flue gas collecting of taphole field cleaning system in the initial phase of operation is obvious,but with the time going on,the resistance of the system increases and the air flow decreases,which finally brings about the reducing of the flue gas collection and the escaping of flue gas often happens.In this paper the problems existed in the design and operation of cleaning system are analyzed and some solutions and suggestions are put forward. |
