染料生产废水处理工程实践研究

摘    要:针对还原性染料生产废水组成复杂、难降解等特点,采用二级处理工艺,一级处理系统包括格栅、调节池、微电解床、中和沉淀,二级处理系统包括水解酸化、CASS工艺、浅层气浮。整个废水处理系统一年多的运行结果表明,该处理工艺总体COD去除率大于88%,对色度和难降解有机物有良好的去除效果,同时耐冲击能力较强,运行效率高,运行费用低,具有很高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:According to complicated and undegradable characteristics of reductive dye production wastewater,the second level wastewater disposal technique is adopted to treat dye production wastewater,and it includes hydrolytic acidification,CASS technique and subsurface air flotation.Through operation of whole wastewater treatment system for more than one year,the result shows that the COD removal rate is more than 88%,it has good removal effects for chromaticity and undegradable organic matter with strong tolerance ...
