| Abstract: | On the basis of review on disaster condition and relief works of Shaanxi province in 1990, the paper proposed the countermeasures of disaster reduction, that is strenthening government function in the disaster production, making good prediction on disaster condition, early drawing up advanced scheme of disaster prevention and preparing work before disaster. |
