新亚欧大陆桥新疆段易损性分析

摘    要:从灾害频数、断道密度分析着手,选取与易损性评价指标;根据新亚欧大陆桥新疆段近40年的灾害资料,在详尽分析各不同区段灾害密度,断道时间和断道次数密度的基础上,对各区一路的脆弱性和易损性强度进行评价,提出了新亚欧大陆桥新疆段的最易受损区段,并与全国平均水平进行了对比。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a set of assessment indices for assessing the vulnerability of affectedbody. Both disaster frequency(F) and disaster density(D) are the main indices in describing disasternumber and assessing the degree of affected body's vulnerability. The indices of discontinuous period(DT) and discontinuous number density(Dn) are used to analyze the disaster scale and intensity, andevaluate the extent of affected body's damage. The results show that the method and the indicesselected are very convenient and useful for assessing and comparing the vulnerability of affected body indifferent section (line). Based on the disasters occurred in recent 40 years, the vulnerability of eachsection of Xinjiang line in New Eurasian Continental Bridge is evaluated by using the indices mentioned above, and the results are very helpful for regional natural disaster reduction.
