应急预案编制基本操作程序及方法

Basic Operation Procedure and Method of Emergency Plan Preparation

The preparation of emergency plan involves professional technology,emergency management know ledge,w ork progress and quality control,w hich is a professional and systematic w ork. In order to popularize the relevant w orking procedures and methods to the public,the author abstracts the core idea of the preparation of emergency plans,introduces the idea of project management,and puts forw ard an object-oriented and application-oriented w orking mode combing w ith w ork practice. In this paper,the detailed steps are demonstrated,the corresponding text style is provided,and the common w orking methods,skills and mistakes are summarized and analyzed. The research results provide a feasible thinking reference,w hich has a certain reference and popular science dissemination value for preparation,review and other personnel of emergency plan.
