摘    要:本文研究SBR工艺处理汽车电泳废水在不同有机负荷、溶解氧条件下污泥膨胀的现象 ,分析膨胀发生机理 ,分别提出控制方法。实验结果表明 ,在低、中、高负荷时 ,只要溶解氧发生变化 ,均有可能发生膨胀。低负荷、正常溶解氧时发生的膨胀可以通过前联好氧生物选择器加以控制 ;中负荷、低溶解氧及高负荷、低溶解氧活性污泥发生膨胀时可以通过强化曝气得到控制

Abstract:The phenomenon of sludge bulking at different levels of organic loading and dissolved oxygen coming from the experiment in which SBR process is produced to treat the electrophoretic wastewater is discussed in this paper. The result of experiment shows that sludge bulking will take place at any level of organic loading as long as the value of dissolved oxygen(DO) changes correspondingly. The imaginable bulking mechanism and controlling methods are put forward at the same time. The bulking which happens at the low level of organic loading and in the natural level of DO may be controlled by linking an aerobic biologic selector in front of SBR reactor. Strengthening aeration can control the bulking which takes place at the middle level of the organic loading and the low level of DO or at the great level of organic loading and the low level of DO.
