摘    要:以液-液萃取为原理,采用佛罗里硅土柱为净化手段,采用高效液相色谱测定水样中16种多环芳烃。实验结果表明,该方法可以成功分离16种PAHs及两种替代物,最低检出浓度可达到1.9~21ng.l^-1,相对标准偏差在0.16%-12.8%范围内,基体加标(除萘较低外)回收率达到72.3%-106%,替代物加标在76.9%~85.0%之间。实现了环境水体中痕量PAHs的定性与定量分析。

Abstract:The paper describes the determination of the 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons by High pergormance liqulid chromatoyraphy. The theory is liquid - liquid extraction and the extract is cleaned up through the Florisil solid - phase extraction column. The results obtained were as follows :the method was successfully applied to the analysis of 16 PAlls and two substitutes with the detection limit 1.9 -21 ng.l^-1. The relative stardard deviation was among 0. 16% to 12. 8%, the recoveries of addition stardard of matrix and substitutes were 72. 3% - 106% and 76. 9% - 85. 0%. It was indicated that the method was suitable for the quantitatively and qualitatively determination of PAHs.
