摘    要:采用离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中F-、Cl-、Br-、NO3-、SO24-、PO34-等6种阴离子,水样经0.22μm滤膜过滤,自动淋洗发生器产生20 mmol/L~40 mmol/L KOH淋洗液梯度洗脱,在流量0.25 mL/min条件下采用IonPac AG19保护柱和IonPac AS19分离柱分离和定量。方法线性良好,6种阴离子的检出限为0.005 mg/L~0.057 mg/L,标准溶液平行测定6次,测定值的RSD在0.5%~2.2%之间,水样加标回收率在83%~106%之间。

Abstract:Six anions such as drinking water were simultaneously fluorinion, chloridion, bromine ion, nitrate ion, sulfate ion,phosphate ion in determined by ion chromatography. The sample water was filtered by membrane with diameter 0.22 p,m pore. Dealing with IonPac AS19 column and IonPac AG19 guard column, six anions in water were quantitative determination by ion chromatography by using 20 mmol/L - 40 mmol/L KOH generated by eluent generator at a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min. The calibration curves showed a good linearity. Detection limits of six anions ranged from 0. 005 mg/L to 0. 057 mg/L, RSD of detective values from 0.5% to 2.2% by parallel detection of six times. The spiked recoveries ranged from 83% to 106%.
