化学镀铜漂洗废水的处理

摘    要:探讨了用水解中和沉淀,氧化一水解中和沉淀,取代及化学还原法处理化镀铜漂洗废水的可行性。试验结果表明,用水解中和沉淀法,铜的去除率20%以下。用氧化一水解中和沉淀法和取代处理法,铜的去除率约为40%。化学还原法的关键在于还原剂的选择。用过二亚硫酸钠处理,效果显著,在适当的操作条件下,出水能稳定达标,产物沉降性能好,便于回收再利用,是一种简便、实用的方法。

Abstract:The feasibility of treating electroless copper plating rinse water was explored by means of hydrolysis precipitation, oxidation-hydrolysis precipitation instead of chemical reduction, the experimental results showed that the copper removal rate was below 20% with hydrolysis precipitation, and about 40% with oxidation-hydrolysis precipitation and its substitution. The critical point of chemical reduction was the option of reducing agent. The treating effect was remarkable by using sodium hydrosulfite as reducing agent. Under suitable operating conditions, the effluent could meet the discharge standard. The product could be well settled and easy to recover.
