摘    要:为实现变压器呼吸器状态在线监测,提出了1种基于无线传感器网络的变压器呼吸器实时在线监测系统的设计方法。根据呼吸器的结构特点,采用湿度传感器对呼吸器工作状态在线监测。所设计的系统分为湿度传感终端以及数据处理终端,湿度传感终端负责状态信息的提取,数据处理终端负责逻辑判断以及呼吸器在线工作状态的实时显示及告警。分析了呼吸器内硅胶的状态与其湿度值之间的关系,实现了呼吸器状态的在线监测,同时进行了相关实验,证明了本方案的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:In order to realize on-line monitoring of the status of transformer respirator, a design method of on-line monitoring system of transformer respirator based on wireless sensor network is proposed. According to the structural characteristics of the respirator, the humidity sensor is used to monitor the working state of the respirator on line. The designed system is divided into humidity sensor module and data processing terminal. Humidity sensor module is responsible for the extraction of state information, data processing terminal is responsible for logic judgment and real-time display and alarm of respirator online working state. The relationship between the state of silica gel in respirator and its humidity value is analyzed, and the on-line monitoring of the state of respirator is realized. At the same time, relevant experiments are carried out to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of this scheme.
