| 摘 要： | 选择贻贝为试样，经皂化后用ＣＨ２Ｃｌ２萃取，提取物经氧化铝柱脱色，浓缩后的样品溶于正已烷中，用紫外分光光度计在２２５ｎｍ和２５４ｎｍ波长上分别进行测定，结果表明，用波长２５４ｎｍ测定贻贝中的石油烃要比２２５ｎｍ的测定效果好；对脱色实验做了研究，用加标实验法计算了两波长测定结果的回收率（９８．８％￣１１０％），检测限分别是０．６２×１０＾－６（２２５ｎｍ）和０．０５２×１０＾－６（２５４ｎｍ）。
