长江流域因生态经济失调，导致资源环境质量下降，水域污染加重，酸雨扩大，灾害增多，自然资源衰退。制订长江流域可持续发展战略规划与资源环境法，依靠科技进步，走可持续发展道路。

Environmental Problems and Sustainable Development of Yangtze River Basin

The imbalance of the ecological economy in the Yangtze River basin has made worse resource quailty, heavier pollution, more acid rains , more calamities and deterioration of the natural resources in the area. It is urgent to formulate the Yangtze basin sustainable development strategy and resource environmental policy ,so that to develop economy in the sustainable way depending on science and technology progress.
