| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省地质、地貌、气候、水文条件复杂,是地质灾害的多发区;且随着经济的发展,人类经济工程活动诱发的地质灾害也在逐年增加.本文分析了黑龙江省地质灾害的类型、成因、分布及危害;论述了地质灾害与可持续发展的辩证关系;并为促进本省可持续发展提出了切合实际的减灾对策.

| Abstract: | Geological disasters are frequent in Heilongjiang province due to its complex geological, physiognomic and hydrographic conditions. The disasters caused by economic and engineering activities are increasing. In the 21st century, a good ecological environment is needed when people develop the old industrial bases and quicken the pace of the construction of the ecological province. So it is significant for the sustainable development and the protection of the environment to study the geological disasters and its countermeasures. The paper analyses the types, causes and the distribution of the geological disasters. It discusses the logical relationship between the geological disasters and sustainable development and also presents the practical strategy of hazard reduction. |
