摘 要: | 从多种含有较高浓度的抗生素条件下,分离出十分高效的降解菌株,得知菌株不仅有磺胺抗生素的耐受性,又能够将磺胺类抗生素当作碳源实现新陈代谢.通过分离和培养,对SMX能否作为降解菌株唯一碳源进行分析,为后续的研究和投入实际生产提供坚实的理论支持.经过实验中的对比,最终确定了HA-J1是磺胺类抗生素降解菌株中最高效的菌株,降解率可达65%,也证明了磺胺类抗生素降解的动力学,符合Monod方程,并确定了SMX能作为降解菌株唯一碳源.

Study on Degradation Technology of Sulfonamides in Sludge of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant |

Abstract: | Scholars have succeeded in separating highly efficient degradation strains from a variety of antibiotics containing higher concentrations. The strain is not only the resistance of sulfa antibiotics, but also to sulfonamides antibiotics as a carbon source to achieve metabolism. Whether SMX can be used as a unique carbon source for degradation of strains for the subsequent research and put into the actual production supply of solid theoretical support. The final determination of HA-J1 is the most effi-cient strain in sulfonamides resistant strains,the degradation rate of up to 65%,also proved that the degradation of sulfonamides antibiotics kinetics,in line with Monod equation,and to determine the SMX can be used as degradation strains The only carbon source. |
