中国小城镇环境管理与环境处置的现状研究

小城镇在中国的经济发展和建设中占着十分重要的战略地位,绝大多数小城镇都是从居民住宅区发展起来的,由于缺乏科学合理的规划建设,以致建筑物的布局混乱,工业企业和住宅混合在一起,工业污染影响到了周围很多区域,增加了环境污染控制与治理的难度.环保基础设施落后,资金投入不足,污物得不到及时处理,造成相当严重的环境污染.在小城镇建设上要长远规划、因地制宜,注重环境特点,制定切实有效的措施,确保小城镇健康发展.

Current Situation of Environmental Management and Environmental Disposal in Small Towns of China

Small towns occupy a very important strategic position in the economic development and construction of China. The vast majority of small towns are developed from residential areas. Due to the lack of scientific and rational planning and construc-tion, the layout of the buildings is chaotic. Industrial enterprises and residential mixed together, industrial pollution affected a lot of areas around, increasing the difficulty of environmental pollution control and governance. Environmental infrastructure, back-ward investment, lack of funds, dirt can not be dealt with in a timely manner, resulting in a very serious environmental pollution. In the small town construction, the government should adopt long-term planning approach, pay attention to environmental char-acteristics, and develop effective measures to ensure the healthy development of small towns.
