针织服装功能性面料环保改进处理研究

为使服装产业推进绿色环保,实现可持续发展战略,需要对针织服装功能性面料环保方面进行改进处理.通过调查针织服装类别、功能性面料产业分布情况及面料应用范围,分析针织服装功能性面料对环境的影响.依据针织服装功能性面料环保标准,提出功能性面料环保改进处理方向,结合面料实际应用需求,采用绿色环保纤维对当前针织服装功能性面料的环保问题进行改进处理,并对改进过程中的难点进行分析,引进天丝和莫代尔实现针织服装功能性面料环保方面的改进.

Research on Environmental Improvement of Knitted Garment Functional Fabric

In order to promote the green environmental protection and realize the sustainable development strategy,it is nec-essary to improve the environmental protection of knitted functional fabric. Through the investigation of knitted apparel categories, functional fabric industry distribution and fabric application range,the paper analyzes the knitted fabric functional fabrics on the environment. On the basis of knitting clothing functional fabric environmental protection standard, this study puts forward func-tional fabrics to improve environmental protection processing direction, combined with the practical application requirements of fabric. The environmental problems on the current green fiber knitted apparel functional fabrics were improved. The difficulty of improvement in the process was analyzed and the introduction of Tencel and modal to achieve improved functional fabric knitted garment environmental protection was made.
