国家火电NOx总量控制区域与阶段的划分及其特点分析

摘    要:按照区划原则,中国东部、中部地区是现阶段国家火电NOx总量控制区域,并将国家火电NOx总量控制分为初级、中级、高级和可持续发展4个阶段。环境保护具有显著的区域性及阶段性的特点,由于我国东部、中部、西部地区经济发展水平的不平衡,环境保护也呈梯度变化的规律。通过对4个阶段特征的归纳与提炼,为国家不同时期总量控制区域范围的划分和总量控制目标的制定提供参考价值。

Division and analysis on the characteristics of Regions and Phases of NOx total amount controlling of national thermal power industry
Abstract:According to principle of regional division,east and central part of China are controlling regions of na- tional thermal power during present stage.and total amount controlling of thermal power NO is divided into four phases including primary stage, intermediate stage, senior stage and stage of sustainable development. Environ- mental protection presents changes of gradient because of unbalanced economy of east, middle and west of China. Summarizes and refinements of characteristics of 4 different phases provides reference value of dividing of regions and making of goal of total amount of controlling of different stages in China.
