| 摘 要： | 早在1904年,德国就开始对生活垃圾进行分类收集,经过一个多世纪的发展,德国已经形成了一整套成熟而合理的生活垃圾管理体系。以莱比锡市为例,介绍其生活垃圾的分类方式、回收方式以及收费制度,以期对我国生活垃圾分类管理有所借鉴。
