清洁生产技术在建筑陶瓷工业中的应用研究

摘    要:清洁生产已成为当今的一种世界潮流,被公认为是实现社会可持续发展的唯一途径。本对建筑陶瓷生产比重较高的江西省高安市的建筑陶瓷业进行了一次全面的清洁生产调查,分析了建筑陶瓷传统的生产工艺流程及产品中存在的各种污染问题及环境问题,根据清洁生产的特征和实施原则,建筑陶瓷工业采用各种途径实施清洁生产,并取得了显成效。

Abstract:Cleaner production is known to be the dominant trend in modern production of the world today, which is generally recognized as the only way to realize the sustainable development strategy in the future. This paper is just aimed at presenting the author's investigation on the techniques and their application in all the architectural ceramic factories in Gao'an City, Jiangxi. The paper has also analyzed the causes in the traditional production process that may result in different kinds of pollutions. For the time being, the architectural ceramic factories above mentioned are adopting all kinds of measures and techniques to carry out cleaner production in conformity with the principles for cleaner production and the practical production features, including the reform and optimization of the configuration of the corporation through reorganization of the production and the improvement of the production line equipment and facilities. The measures also include the regulation of the raw material and half-house products flow, particularly the enhance of the capability of ceramic bricks through optimizing the structure of raw materials and the adoption of the recycling measures for the purpose of strengthening the cleaner production. The paper also gives its evaluation and assessment of the results gained for architecture ceramic industry.
