从长江流域水污染规律看四川省水环境保护战略

用流域系统联系的观点，从长江流域水污染特点规律及其发展趋势出发，分析了四川省水环境保护在长江流域的地位作用，及其面临的挑战，最后简要讨论四川水环境保护应采取的宏观战略。

On Protective Strategy of Surface Water Enviromnment in Sichuan Province:Views of Changjiang River Basin

Sichuan Province is located in the upper parts of Changjiang River Basin,its surface water environmental quality relates to regional socioeconomical conditions and local water cycles,and also is greatly influenced by whole basin complex .In such view of basin system,this paper firstly summarizes the characters and regulation of surface water pollution in Changjiang River Basin in past decades.Furtherly this paper perspects the importance of Sichuan water environmental quality in improving entrance water quality of the middle and lower parts of Changjiang River Basin,an its protective objective.The detailed analysis have been given to the challenges to surface water environment of Sichuan province.Finally,outlines the macro main measure-strategies for the protection of surface water enviromment of Sichuan province and its sustainable development.
