摘    要:以110丙烯酸系阳离子交换树脂作为载体,Pd(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ)为主催化剂,制成担载型过渡金属催化剂。以N2为载气,对反应温度、氧含量、催化剂用量3个因素进行催化氧化净化低浓度PH3研究。实验结果表明,在氧含量为3.7%,温度为72℃时,催化剂的催化活性较高;PH3净化效率随催化剂用量增大而提高。在优化后的实验条件下,考察催化剂以CO为载气时催化剂对PH3的净化效率,虽然净化效果比以N2为载气时差,但反应较稳定,持续时间较长,有较好的抗杂毒性,且催化剂具有再生性能。

Abstract:Taking N2 as the carrier gas, the supported transient metal catalysts made with 110 resins as the carrier and Pd ( II )-Cu ( II ) as the major catalyst, respectively, were applied to catalytic oxidize and purify the low concentration phosphine. The sensitivity evaluation of three different parameters including the reaction tem- perature, the oxygen content and the catalyst amount was carried out. Detailed study shows that the catalyst cata- lytic activity was the highest when the oxygen content was around 3.7% and temperature was about 72℃ simulta- neously. The phenomenon that the PH3 purification efficiency increased along with the growth of catalyst amount can also be observed in the experiment. After that, an optimized experimental condition was implemented in or- der to inspect the PH3 purification efficiency while taking CO as the alternative carrier gas. Although the purifica- tion effect this time is, to some extent, lower than that of last experiment, the current experiment is stable and process long duration. The ability of miscellaneous toxicity, which is more important, is demonstrated in the ex- periment, and the catalyst used here can be generated during the experiment as well.
