Analysis on Age of Air Flow and Air Quality in Mine

The air quality analysis in coal mines is a new idea.it is a new scientific method for understanding the environment in mine.The definition and the calculation of the age of the air flow in coal mines are described. The concepts of pollutants in the air flow in coal mines are pointed out, and the distribution calculations of the air pollutants in air sub-flow are proposed for both well-distributed pollutants and partly concentrated ones in the air ways.Furthermore, the definition of the air quality in coal mines is also discussed,and the air quality calculations of the random air branches and the join dots are put forward.The dynamic changes of the air quality along with the time and the space are put out, and the analysis on the relations between the air quality and the age of the air flow and pollutants are carried on. The air quality and its analysis in coal mines are the important theoretical bases for the ventilation design and the evaluation of the air quality.
