| Abstract: | The fundamental component of urban community safety system is described. The characteristics of integration, dynamic mutuality, pre decision and level nature are analyzed by systematology method. Based on the exploration of the corresponding structure and construction elements, the route of optimizing and perfecting the current urban community safety system is presented. |
