| Abstract: | A case of prenatal diagnosis of Mohr syndrome is presented. The ultrasound examination was indicated by the previous birth of an affected brother. The need for genetic counselling is stressed, when polydactyly is observed accidentally at ultrasound examination during pregnancy. |
