摘    要:将受重金属污染土壤自然风干,筛分制备土壤样品.选择常用的土壤消解方法,研究同一酸体系下,酸加入顺序对测试结果的影响.用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中的铬、铜、镍,以加标回收率,反映较好的酸加入顺序.在相同的酸消解体系下,酸加入顺序对土壤样品中重金属元素测定有一定的影响,特别是对铬的测定影响较大.要对各元素进行准确测定,必须针对不同元素选取不同的酸加入顺序.

Abstract:Soil polluted by heavy metals is air-dried and sifted. Under the condition ofcomm only used digestion method, the effect of the sequence of adding acid in the same acid system on the result of test is studied. Cr, Cu and Ni of the soil sample are determined by FAAS. The optimum sequence of adding acid is gained by the recovery rate. In the same acid system, the sequence of adding acid can influence the assay of heavy metals in soil, especially of Cr. To assay different kings of heavy metals in soil precisely, it is necessary to choose the corresponding sequence of adding acid.
