| Abstract: | The dischrge quantity, effective binding of discharge act of discharge unit, transfer and exchange of discharge right of enterprise, control of district pollutants discharge condition and how to fix the standing of total control of pollutants quantity by checking unit of "discharge permit system" are discussed. The total control work of pollutants is going deep step by step, and real effect is achieved. |
