| 摘 要： | 介绍了应用面向对象程序设计语言visual Basic6．0和地理信息系统控件Map Objects开发升金湖自然保护区管理信息系统的总体思想和技术路线，阐述了自然保护区管理信息系统的开发方式、数据库建设及其主要功能，该系统对升金湖自然保护区管理部门提高管理水平有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the general idea and the technology route of Geographic Information Management System that was developed by applying Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and GIS Active X Map Objects. Detailedly explained the exploitation mode,database and main fimctions of the system. The system played a key role in improving the level of the management by resource management departments. |
