摘    要:自主开发了静电放电模拟器校验系统,可对静电放电电流波形进行测试。测试系统硬件由新型理工Pommerenke电流靶和高性能示波器等组成。介绍了在LabVIEW平台上开发基于GPIB总线的虚拟仪器的全过程及其硬件和软件要求,通过USB/GPIB接口转换器实现了计算机和示波器的通讯,使用示波器的驱动程序实现了对泰克示波器的完全控制。试验证明该校验系统能很好地完成静电放电电流波形的实时采集测量,并将测试结果存盘以供后续分析处理。这种实现方案显著提高了测试工作的效率、精确度以及自动化程度。
