论我国环境与经济发展战略的转变

近十年来,我国在处理环境与经济发展战略问题上,从理论上有了长足的进展,为经济建设和社会发展提供了理论依据。但是应该看到,环境、经济和谐发展的思想还没有完全贯穿于国民经济的一切活动之中,发展的理论和实践仍有距离。为此,我们必须正视现实,作出由突进向和谐发展转轨的重大抉择。

TRANSFORMATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN CHINA

In the past decade, China has made great progress in the theory of environmental and economic development strategy and provided theoretical basis for e-conornic construction and social development. But there is disparity between theory and application, and the thought of environment-economy coordinated development has not been thoroughly put into effect in national economic activities. So we should look reality in the face and make a significant decision in transforming rush development into coordinated development.
