火电厂脱硫设施迎检工作分析及建议

为了管理和运行好脱硫设施，并顺利通过国家有关检查、验收，同时反映电力企业的困难和问题，漳泽电力河津发电分公司在2010年上半年接受数十次检查的基础上，针对最严的一次检查，结合理论分析，提出了脱硫设施迎检工作的前期资料准备，阐述了机组启、停及运行期间各种数据间的关联性，并从7个方面重点分析了现场工作的主要环节；同时，提出了确定合理脱硫电价、启动煤电联动等建议。

Analysis of preparing inspection of FGD equipment in thermal power plants

In order to do a good job in Flue Gas Desulferazation（FGD） management and operation, based on the most strict inspection among over ten inspections in the first half of this year,six types of information that should be prepared for inspection ,stated the data association when starting and operating unit were put forward,seven work sections for an on - the - spot inspection were analyzed, and several suggestions,such as determining a reasonable power price for unit equipment with FGD, starting coal - power interlinking system and so on were put forward. It had certain direction and reference value for power plants to pass the inspection successfully and reflect difficulties reasonably.
