| 摘 要： | 探讨了防灾减灾工程的分类。依据学科分类和专业研究分类等原则，将防灾减灾工程分为生命线系统工程、生态系统工程、公共管理系统工程、河海系统工程和生产线系统工程5个大类，并提出了减灾对策。
