脉冲电解处理餐饮废水的试验研究

摘    要:脉冲电解是废水电解处理技术发展的一个重要方向。本文用改装的直流、脉冲两用电源对餐饮废水做了对比处理研究。试验结果表明,脉冲电解的处理效果优于直流电解,在CODcr的去除率相近的情况下,电耗可降低5.5%。当脉冲频率为1.67KHz,水力修留时间为29min,电流为50mA时,电耗为0.222KWh/m^3,CODcr的去除率可以达到83.1%。

Abstract:The pulse electrolysis is one of the impor ta nt developing trends of electrolysis wastewater treatment technology The modif ied direct and pulse current supplier is employed to treat the restaurant waste water in this paper The results show that the effect of pulse current is bette r than that of direct current When the COD Cr removal ratio is simila r, the power consumption can be saved by 5% On the condition that the frequenc y is 1 67KHz, the HRT is 29min and the current is 50mA, 0 222KWh/m 3 of power con sumption and 83 1% of COD Cr removal ratio can be obtained
