海南与其他6个生态示范省的经济发展及区域可持续发展能力比较

建设生态省是实施区域可持续发展的一种有效组织形式。本文就国家环保总局批准的七个生态示范省的经济发展及区域可持续发展能力进行比较,发现七省的经济发展现状及区域可持续发展能力在全国31个地区中属于中上水平,均有创建生态省的本底条件,但区域可持续发展各方面的能力极不平衡,各省要从实际出发,扬长避短,因地制宜,探索具有本地特色的生态省建设的新路子。

Comparative Study on Capacity of Economic Development & Regional Sustainable Development Between Hainan Province & Six Ecological Model Provinces

Construction of Ecological Province is an effective organization method in performing regional sustainable development. In this study a comparison is made on capacity of economic development and regional sustainable development of the 7 Ecological Model Provinces approved by SEPB (State Environment Protection Beureu) and it is discovered that the economic development status and regional sustainable development capacity of the 7 provinces are at the up-medium level among the 31 provinces/districts, thus enjoying fundamental condition to build Ecological Provinces. And it is also discovered that the capacity in many other aspects on regional sustainable development is extremely imbalanced, requiring that each province should explore their own ways in building their unique Ecological Province based on their specific conditions and by means of making best use of their own advantages while avoiding their disadvantages.
