摘    要:空气微生物不但与环境空气质量、空气污染和人体健康密切相关,并且还与自然生态平衡及许多生命现象直接相关,在自然界的物质循环中起着非常重要的作用。文章从空气微生物的污染现状、采样方法、粒度分布、分离鉴定、微生物评价、时空分布等方面对空气微生物的研究现状进行了综述,并对空气微生物在环境监测中的研究和前景进行了展望,建议空气微生物污染监测应常态化,应控制和开展对大气细颗粒或超细颗粒物对人体健康的影响研究。

Abstract:Airborne microbe played a very important role in material cycle of nature, which was not only closely related to ambient air quality, air pollution and human health, but also directly related to natural ecological balance and many other phenomena of life. The paper reviewed the research about airborne microbe from the pollution situation, sampling methods, partical size distribution, isolation and identification, microbial evaluation, spatial and temporal distribution and other aspects. And it outlooked the research prospect in environmental monitoring of airborne microbe. At the same time, which also put forward proposal to airborne microbe contamination that the monitoring should be normalized. In addition, It should conduct the studies on atmospheric fine particles or ultrafine particle to the human health impact.
