摘    要:随着电子工业的发展,线路板的生产量和废弃量日益增加,废弃电子线路板资源化综合利用已经成为各方关注的热点。介绍了废弃电子线路板资源化综合利用的背景和意义,总结了目前资源化综合利用废弃电子线路板的主要方法和工艺,包括机械物理法、湿法冶金法、热处理法、生物法、超临界法等,分析了各种方法和工艺的优缺点以及技术改进情况。

Review on recycling method of waste printed circuit boards

Abstract:The quantity of circuit board produced and abandoned has increased with the development of electronic industry. The reutilization of waste printed circuit boards is a focus problem. The paper introduced the background and significance of waste printed circuit boards recycling, and current primary means for reusing waste printed circuit boards were introduced, including mechanical recycling, hydrometallurgy, heat treatment, biological process and supercritical fluid technology, with analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.
