垃圾处理场选址利益相关者行为分析

随着经济的发展，垃圾围城已经成为很多大城市的一天重要问题，亟需合理有效地建设垃圾处理场。但是，垃圾处理场选址问题涉及多方利益。从利益相关者角度，借鉴米切尔评分法对其进行分类，分析各方的利益诉求以及对决策的影响，以期尽可能满足各方利益，实现垃圾处理场选址的最大社会效用，为政府选址决策提供一定程度的借鉴。

Stakeholder analysis on the site selection of waste treatment plant

With the rapid development of economy, many big cities are facing with the waste predicament. The waste treatment infrastructures are urgently needed to dispose the waste reasonably and effectively. However, the site selection of waste treatment plant involves multiple interests. Based on the theory of stakeholders, this paper classified the related stakeholders referencing Mitchell＇s score-based approach and analyzed the stakeholders multiple interest appeal and their influence on decision-making, in order to satisfy the interests of all parties, and achieve the social utility of the waste treatment plant, so as to provide a reference for the decision-making of the government.
