基于理想点法的盾构隧道管片上浮致伤诊断

摘    要:为定量化评估盾构隧道施工过程中管片上浮给隧道造成的损伤,作者提出将常见的损伤分为管片间变形、管片裂缝、管片表面剥落、沉降、渗漏水、断面整体变形、螺栓受到过大剪力以及管片受到过大水土压力等8大类。采用相关系数法选取15个底层指标,建立管片上浮致伤诊断指标体系。通过模糊变换对全部底层指标进行量纲一化处理,结合提出的融合赋权方法,构建管片上浮致伤诊断模型。最后,基于理想点法对中国湖南某盾构隧道管片上浮致伤情况进行诊断研究。结果表明,模型能有效评估管片上浮对隧道造成的损伤,诊断结果与工程实际情况及专家论证结果基本相符。

Abstract:In order to have a quantitative evaluation of the tunnel's damage caused by segment floating up in the construction progress of shield tunnel,the authors come up with an idea of dividing common damages into eight subtypes: segment deformation,segment crack,segment surface's exfoliation,settlement,leakage water,deformation of a whole section,too much shearing force on helix and great earth and water pressure on segment.Adopting correlation coefficient method,the authors select fifteen basic indexes to develop a segment floating up-caused damage diagnosis index system.According to processing all the basic indexes with the dimensionless indices criteria by the method of fuzzy mapping and coming up with syncretic weight method,they build a segment floating up-caused damage diagnosis model.At last,on the basis of ideal point method.They do a diagnostic research on a certain case,occurring in Hunan province,China,of damages caused by shield tunnel segment floating up.All of these show that the model's diagnosis results are consistent basically with actual construction and experts' arguments.Therefore,the authors verify that the model is able to provide a theoretic support for the confirmation of tunnels' damage degree caused by segment floating up.
