市政污泥强化脱水实验研究

摘    要:通过对市政污泥进行超声处理、絮凝剂处理和超声结合絮凝剂处理,研究不同条件下污泥上清液的COD浓度、粒度分布及微观结构变化情况。实验结果表明,超声波作用可以调整污泥结构,改善污泥脱水性能;当超声时间达到20min左右时,脱水效果最好为87.9%;超声波作用使污泥中释放的COD浓度增加至91.2 mg/L;污泥颗粒粒度发生变化,分布在易脱水段10~100μm的更多。

Abstract:The effect of pretreatment of municipal sludge by ultrasound,coagulant and ultrasound with flocculant was studied.The water content,concentration of COD in the sludge liquor and granularity distribution of sludge were measured.The experiment proved that ultrasound can change the structure of sludge,improve dehydration capability.After 20 min ultrasound,the best water content is 87.9%.Ultrasound increases burden of organic matter,SCOD+ concentration increases to 91.2 mg/L after conditioning.The size of sludg...
