复合型混凝剂处理印染废水的研究

摘    要:在分析混凝机理和各种混凝剂特性的基础上,用新型复合型混凝剂Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型对印染废水处理进行了实验研究。一次混凝投药量为300mg/L 时,Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型对COD 去除率分别为70. 1%、80. 8%,色度去除率分别为84. 0%、99.2%。再经生物法处理,效果更好。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism and special characters of coagulants,several problems of the coagulants in treating dyeing wastewater are discussed.Optimal conditions and optimum dosages of the two new composite coagulants are studied.The results showed that the removal rate of COD are 70.1%、80.8%,the removal rate of chromaticity are 84.0%、99.2%,when the dosages of the two new coagulants are 300mg/L.Followed by biological treatment,the method can get better results.
