摘    要:分析了煤层注水过程中水在煤体中的运动动力和过程,用界面化学理论分析了煤体表面的润湿过程,得出了煤体能够自行润湿的条件,即润湿过程的润湿功必须为正,同时得出了各种润湿过程的判断依据.根据上述理论分析,阐明了煤层注水降尘的润湿机理,为煤层注水提供理论基础.

Abstract:This paper has made an analysis of the dynamics and the course of coal seam water infusion with the purpose to decrease the dust in the coal mine production. The force involving the water infusion into the coal seam are infusion press, capillary attraction and gas press while the courses include the water entering, storing and adsorbing. To increase the infusion efficiency, the coal surface wetness course has been analyzed with the interface chemistry theory, which involves the course of bedew, soakage and spread. Then, the author has studied the automatic conditions of seam coal wetting. It means that the wetness power must be positive in nature and, at the same time, it is necessary to set the assessment criterion of the wetness course. The above analysis helps to disclose the dustproof wetness mechanism of the infusion. The infused water wet through the original smut will then soak every single part effectively and change the coal body's physics and mechanical features. The mechanism presented in this paper can thus provide the basic theory for the coal seam water infusion.
