| Abstract: | New round of economic development drives the urban construction stride into historical stage with higher starting point and speed. With the implementation of The Law of the PRC on Environmental Impact Assessment, the environmental impact assessment of the urban construction projects increases day by day. On the base of practical work , according to the characteristic of this kind of projects , the articte puts forwards some new thinking. |
