对氯气校正法测定高氯废水化学需氧量的方法研究

摘    要:氯气校正法(HJ/T70-2001)是测定高氯废水化学需氧量的国标方法,为了减少样品测定过程带来的环境污染,研究在不改变HJ/T70-2001氧化体系及测试条件的情况下,将取样体积由20 mL减半为10 mL,试剂的使用量相应减半,对方法的检出限、相对误差、相对标准偏差等指标进行验证。结果表明,该方法的检出限符合要求,准确度较高,精密度较好,可用于高氯废水化学需氧量的测定。

Abstract:The chlorine emendation method(HJ/T70-2001)is a national standard method for determining the chemical oxygen demand of high-chlorine wastewater.In this study,in order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the sample determination process,the sample volume was halved from 20 mL to 10 mL without changing the HJ/T70-2001 oxidation system and test conditions,and the reagent usage was halved accordingly.The detection limit,relative error,relative standard deviation and other indicators of the method were verified.The results showed that the detection limit of the method meet the requirements,the accuracy was high,the precision was good,and it could be used for the determination of chemical oxygen demand of high-chlorine wastewater in the future.
