Subway system has become an important target attacked by terrorists,to enhance(government's) ability to deal with such emergency situation in subway,this!paper firstly formulates the guide,the characteristics and the significance to establish the emergency plan for antiterrorism in subway by the study of each city's actual situation of subway system in china and the case study of typical terrorism accidents,then gives important discussion on the method of the classification of emergency terrorism accidents and the way to handle such situation.All the study is very helpful to the establishment of emergency planning for antiterrorism in cities' subway system.
