印尼TJK电厂65MW高压汽轮机负胀差偏大的探究

摘    要:针对印度尼西亚 TJK 电厂 65 MW 机组投运后存在的“极热态启动时负胀差偏大而且超限”问题,通过技术分析找出主要原因,制定出改造方案并在大修中实施。改造结果表明:该方案解决了机组在极热态启动时负胀差偏大的问题,大修后机组实现了随启随停。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that negative expansion difference is big and over the limit whenthe units extreme hot start of 65 MW unit after the commission in TJK Power Plant of Indonesia,finds out the main causes by technical analysis,frames the improvement project and puts in heavyrepair practice. The improvement result shows that the project solve problem of negative expansiondifference is big when the units in extreme hot start,after heavy repair the unit realizes start-up andshut-down at any time.
